Twenty-five InfoTrac databases for various age levels including Biography Resource Center, Health and Wellness Resource Center, and LitFinder. Most are funded by the State Library as part of the Florida Electronic Library.
A collection of over 25,000 family and local histories designed specifically for patrons in public libraries who are either just beginning their family research or who after years of work are still uncovering their past with over 25,000 books and the entire U.S. Federal Census.
NewsBank: the electronic editions of record for valuable local, regional, and national U.S. newspapers all in one easy-to-search database. Each paper provides unique coverage of local and regional news, including companies, politics, sports, industries, cultural activities, and people in the community. Paid ads are excluded.
OCLC FirstSearch is available only in the Library. Hay también una versión en Español.
This database, funded by the Friends of the St. Lucie County Library, contains information on a large number of companies: company name, address, and phone number, parent company or subsidiaries, sales, number of employees, credit rating and contact person. Searches can be performed by company name, SIC code, geographical location, business size or a combination of the above criteria.
